CLINIC SCHEDULE

FROM THE SOUTH (Conroe/Houston)

Go north on I-45 to FM 1097 at exit 94
Go left (west) on FM 1097
From I-45 it is less than 2 miles to Anderson and "Lone Star Covers" on the right about 100 yds before the turn. This is a boat and trailer sales place.
Go left (south) on Anderson Lane
Belle Terre at 12035 Anderson, is approximately 1/2 mile down on the right
Gate says BELLE TERRE
Due to construction on I-45, traffic can be very, very slow going through Conroe.

From Tomball/Magnolia and NW Houston

Take FM 249 North to FM 149 North at Pinehurst
Go North on FM 149 North to Montgomery
At Montgomery cross FM 105, (no turns) staying on FM 149 north for a mile or so, then turn right onto FM 1097.
There is a white church on the corner. Then It is approximately 11 miles to Anderson Rd.
Go east on FM 1097 to Anderson Rd.
You cross the lake 3 times and the road before Anderson is Cude Cemetery. There is an out of business restaurant on the right about 100 yds. before Anderson.
Go right (south) on Anderson Rd.
Belle Terre at 12035 Anderson, is approximately 1/2 mile down on the right. Gate says BELLE TERRE

If you try to go through Houston, you WILL get tangled up in traffic. If you try to take FM 105 all the way to I-45, you WILL get tangled up in traffic. Due to construction on I-45, traffic can be very, very slow going through Conroe.

Directions to Belle Terre FROM THE WEST (Austin-San Antonio)

Take 290 E to Brenham, follow the signs to FM 105.
(Take Hwy 577 North from Hwy 290, to FM 105 East)
Take FM 105 East from Brenham through Navasota toward Conroe.
At Montgomery take a left on FM 149 N, go north for a mile or so, then turn right onto FM 1097 East.

AUDITORS ARE WELCOME for FREE for this clinic as a 'stimulus' package

LESSONS - $155 each (45 minute private only) payable to EVI or V Ellis. This fee could increase for 2009. If so, plan to pay the difference when I know it or at the time of the clinic.

Plus Arena/Stall Costs payable to the hosting facility, at the time of the clinic.

Everyone is responsible for cleaning their own stalls daily and bringing their own shavings.

EQUINE EVENTS (involving an overnight stay):

$25/day for stalls

$15/day for pasture/paddock

INCLUDES ARENA FEE!

arena fee: $10 per day (per horse) if not using a stall or paddock

AUDIT - $35/ day, bring food/drink or join in pot luck.

Auditors are encouraged to bring a chair, lunch and a notepad.


VIDEO - Bring your own if you want your tapes immediately, or Stacy Smith will have her digital format camera, providing DVD's later after processing.

* Each participant must provide a copy of a current Coggins for each horse that is housed or used at the facility

* Each participant must sign or have on file a signed Waiver to use the facilities . Please take care of this as soon as you arrive.

* Each participant must abide by the Rules of Host facility to use the facilities .

Keep checking the posted schedule, it may change before or during the clinic.

CLINIC SCHEDULE

Full payment in advance is required to secure your lesson spaces.

AND:

You are responsible for filling your spaces should you have to cancel any time in the last 6 weeks, prior to the clinic. There may be someone on the waiting list, who would be able to buy your spaces. If not, you must find someone to buy your spaces or bring another horse but there will be no refunds. If the clinic cancels, all money will be refunded.
