Rates

• $110 per night with a 2 night minimum (3 night minimum during some holidays and festivals). 
• $600 per week
• $400 for a second week
• $250 for third week and each additional week. 

To hold a reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 7 days of making a reservation.  Balance is due upon arrival. 

Cancellation Policy:  The deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival date.  If cancellation is less than 30 days from arrival date, the return of the deposit is contingent upon ability to fill the vacancy less a $50 service fee.
