* While pursuing my degree I worked at various short-term jobs including, Clerk at the US Census Bureau, Sales at Radio Shack, Duplication and Binding at Kinko's, and contract in home childcare.

* Upgraded a Netware 3.11 network to 4.1.

* Managed the system including maintaining and upgrading various software packages. The software included, MS-Office, Norton networked Anti-Virus, AutoCAD, Mas90, MS-Project, MS-Mail, Q&A 4 and various other products.

* Created, maintained, modified and upgraded various MS-Access (1.1 & 2.0) databases.

* Maintained and modified 6 interconnected Access databases used to record production data gathered by a shop floor bar coding system. These databases were between 50 and 200 Megabytes in size.

* Technological representative on a committee set up to determine which accounting package will be used at all of the plants (5) in the division.

* Investigated and budgeted an electronic document storage system.

* Modified and updated the Product Development Tracking System used by the Mindscape Company. This Access database is a distributed system to be used by 3 sites and various sales reps. The sites are in the USA, UK and France using NetWare LANs.

* Updated, corrected problems and improved P. G. & E.'s Safety, Health and Claims Report Of Injury or Illness reporting Access database. This involved modifying numerous software routines, Forms, Reports and Macros. Additionally, several event trapping routines were implemented.

* Designed and implemented an Access database to maintain data on the status, maintenance, down time, etc. for all of the Pacific Bell Information Services voice mail systems. This project involved numerous types of data imports as well as on-line data input/modifications.
