I got Mojo from a friend of mine Shirley in early 1995. He belonged to her daughter Kim who was in college and didn't have time to take care of him. He was in good health when I got him. Looked like he had MBD due to the number of breaks in his tail. Shirley also had 2 large dogs and this seems to be why he was very afraid of anything taller than him. He would take off running and bounce from wall to wall, bloodying his nose. This behavior continued for over 6 months.
Mojo is very tame due to all the handling he got as a little iguana. His favorite thing is to sit on your head. While this was cute when he was little, it is a pain now that he is 17" svl and weighs about 6 lbs. Also he loved baths and I would often find him in the tub. Once he gets in, he can't get back out without help.
He has mated with George since I got him. He also mates with any other female that is in season. He is the father of over 130 baby iguanas the last three years.
