- Name of the bow of Einar Tambarskelvir [Faro.] [= Einarr þambar-skęlfir[ON]]. The bow-name, borrowed from Einar's nickname, is apparently a pure invention of the Faroese ballad Ormurin Langi.
(The bow is not specifically named as thus in Snorri's Heimskringla).
