  1. «Aaron's breastplate» [accessory:jewelry] [Old Testament]

    Also called the «breastplate of judgment», a piece worn around the neck with 12 jewels, worn by the high priest of Judaism. See ⇒«Aaron's breastplate» page.

  2. «Aaron's rod» [accessory:rod] [Old Testament]

    In Exodus 7:9 , the rod that turned into serpent (tanin תנין "dragon" [Heb.]; translates to "crocodile" in modern Hebrew).

  3. «Flaming Sword» [weapon:sword] [Old Testament]

    flammeus gladius [L.], phlogine romphaia [Gk.], lahat chereb [Heb.]
    Weapon that seems to turn of its own accord and vigilantly guards the gates of Eden that has been shut closed to Adam and Eve. Sometimes conceived of as being used by the cherubim (or seraphim) also assigned to guard the entrance.

  4. «Golden sword (of Judas Maccabeus)» [weapon:sword] [Old Testament]

    Weapon carried by the cherubim (or seraphim) guarding the gates of Eden that has been shut closed to Adam and Eve. See ⇒«Flaming Sword» page.

  5. «Moses' rod» [accessory:rod] [Old Testament]

    «Moses' rod»; matteh[maṭēh] מטה [Heb.]
    In Exodus the rod which Moses (Exodus 10:13).
    It was probably the same rod as used by Moses when he smote the rock twice and caused water to flow.(Numbers 20:11)
