Vanishing Gold 10" x 14" Oil on Canvas   Based on an area between Gorman and the Lancaster/Palmdale area of California this painting took a few months to paint. Because I needed to bring out the warm color of the desert I used a pink tone for the undercoat.   The frame has a bronze color. As with the other paintings, this is not for sale.	This image was taken digitally. This drawing was awarded a "Silver" at a fair. "Peek-A-Boo" Graphite & Color pencil
