		Surrounded by beautiful gardens, relax in Seagull, a cottage built in 1948 with more character than the two of us put together. This small cottage offers a womb-like security, while opening into the landscape of the Truro bluffs that you can enjoy from the oversized deck.

This magical beach cottage is located in North Truro, MA, six miles from Provincetown,
in an 11 cottage cul de sac on a private road. Quiet and beautiful area.

The oversized deck has lots of room for relaxing...

..and is designed to melt tension.

The sleeping porch has its own entrance, a brand new comfy full futon...

...a separate TV/sitting room provides an extra space...

...with sliding doors to the deck

Of course, a big outdoor shower (extra wisteria for privacy).

SEAGULL RENTAL BEACH HOUSE COTTAGE FEATURES:

Perfect-size for a couple, approx. 450 square feet. 3 adults okay (or 2 couples) as long as you like each other!
2 bedrooms (one is a larger sleeping porch) - 1 double bed, 1 futon couch (brand new full mattress)
1 sitting room, 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers
Fans and space/wall heaters available (this is an unheated, 3-season cottage)
2 Color Cable TVs, 1 VCR, 1 DVD player and CD player
Full kitchen with full-size stove/oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave (pots, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc., all supplied)
Parking for 2 cars
A plastic lobster or two hanging on the wall (they have squatter's rights)

$500/week May
$700/week June
$950/week July & August
$650/week September
$500/week October

Above rates do not include holidays.
Weekends may be available.

RENTAL POLICY:

Regular rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Inquire for special circumstances.
Check-out time is 12 noon and check-in time is 3pm so that there is time to prepare the cottage between guests.
Deposit: 50% of rental due at time of confirmation.
Final payment: Due 8 weeks prior to rental date.
Last minute bookings: If booked less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, payment is due upon reservation.
Cancellation policy: Up to 8 weeks prior to rental date, full refund.
8 to 4 weeks prior to arrival: Cancellation fee is 50% of total cost, unless re-rented, then $100 cancellation fee.
4 weeks or less: No refund, unless re-rented, then $100 is charged.
