About This Website

This website was developed by a Cadette Girl Scout in Concord, California for her Silver Award Project. This project involves completing many prerequisites, then spending 30 or more hours actually executing it. This topic was chosen because the Girl Scout wanted to create an easy to understand, clear website for people to learn what our recent power crisis was really about.
